Challenge:
Get people joining in with the Sure Skipathon for Sports Relief
The above the line was doing an amazing job of raising awareness of the partnership between sure and sport relief, but we needed to make it more accessible so that everyone could join in.
Using the accelerometer in your phone, you could participate in the webapp game by jumping at the right times to skip over the rope. You would then be entered onto a leaderboard and share your score to challenge your friends.
As this only worked on the phone, we had to carefully consider the user journey – including what would display if they accessed the webapp on a desktop, and how we'd redirect them so they could join in.
